SSH International Shipping Co., Ltd, a ship operating subsidiary of Sino Shipping Holdings, plans to time charter in a 10,000 DWT bulk cargo vessel during September，the vessel will launch into the routes of Southeast of Asia. Now this project is on negotiation of Letter of Intent.
